Eat Healthy is offered only inside Apex Super Speciality Hospital, Varanasi, to patients, their attendants and visitors. You order food from your phone, pay for it online upfront, and it is delivered to the patient's bedside or ward inside the hospital. Eat Healthy is a food service — it is not a medical service, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Please check before you order. Some patients must not eat, or must follow a special diet — for example before surgery (nil-by-mouth), in the ICU, after an operation, or on a diabetic or renal diet. Always check with the nursing staff or the treating doctor before ordering food for a patient. The canteen cannot verify a patient's diet orders — the person placing the order is responsible for checking. If ward staff say the patient must not have the food, the canteen will not deliver it and will refund the order in full. A dietary note you add at checkout is a request to the kitchen, not a guarantee about allergens or ingredients.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in ₹ next to each item. The amount shown at checkout is the full amount you are charged — there is no separate delivery fee. Every item is marked veg or non-veg under FSSAI rules, and photos are illustrative, not exact. The kitchen can be closed (ordering pauses) and individual items can be marked unavailable.

You pay upfront, online, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, and any other method Razorpay offers). An order is confirmed only once the canteen receives confirmation of the payment from Razorpay — never simply because your browser returned from checkout.

If money has been deducted from your account but your order does not show as confirmed, please do not pay again. Call the canteen with your order code; staff will check the payment with Razorpay and either confirm your order or refund you in full.

Delivery

Delivery is described in full in the Delivery Policy — in short, we deliver only inside the hospital, to the bed you give us.

Acceptable use

Please use this service as intended. Do not misuse it, and do not send automated or scripted requests to it.

Liability

Our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for the consequences of a patient consuming food against medical advice or instructions from ward staff.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last changed.

Who runs this service

Eat Healthy is run by Eat Healthy Kitchen Services, B.L.W. Hydle Road, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221004, a third-party contractor at the hospital, reachable at [EMAIL_ADDRESS]. Payments are collected by Apex Welcare Private Limited, which passes them on to Eat Healthy Kitchen Services; it is the name you will see on the payment screen and your bank statement.
